Dessert specializes in "delivering the best gourmet

As with most of our e-commerce sites, there is a lot going on behind the scenes in order to streamline the daily operations of the e-commerce business. We have helped build a custom call center module that enables the 1800-Dessert support representatives field customer inquires and orders. In addition, we have worked to streamline the order management between the place of the order, the payment processing, the vendor notification and much more.
