The Alternative to Meds Center is a treatment center focusing on alternatives to psychiatric drugs. Their focus is to treat patients who may be suffering from addiction, withdrawl, and other chemical related conditions.
RustyBrick was tasked with designing and implementing the informational website. It was important to convey the overall look and feel of the Arizona based recovery center. We worked closely with the client to provide the appropriate visual messaging and tone.
As a company, CPR Certified offers online educational training and certification. Their website enables anyone to learn CPR and receive an online certification after they have completed their training and testing.
The new site, designed by RustyBrick, enables those looking to learn or freshen up on their CPR to do so from the comfort of their home. It is possible to be certified within 45 minutes on CPR Certified. With quick online registration, easy and short video training, and user friendly exam, you can be certified in no time.
The site is mobile friendly using the responsive web design approach, which is also the preferred method of mobile site design by Google and Bing. The site is also fully SSL enabled, again, a leading edge compliance that Google is urging sites to comply with. The site offers a login area for those who are learning CPR and a detailed backend for managing the content, blog, video instructions, students and certifications.
Distance Education came to us with a specific goal: to help users through the daunting process of finding education online. As a long time client the latest version of the website was a refresh of the look and navigation. The new design is cleaner, easier to navigation and brighter. Right from the home page you can quickly find methods to navigate and browse the various online degrees, or reviews of universities and or read some of the latest news and articles on online education.
Users can search and browse through thousands of accredited colleges and degrees. The ask a question section allows users to get responses on education from an expert. They can read online reviews of colleges from real students and graduates. Users can also dive into the huge library of content on colleges and careers in their article database. Add in the new section for careers and military programs, and this may be the most robust online education site on the internet.
The site also features a login area where you can share reviews, post articles, ask or answer questions and much more.
Financial Advisor Magazine hired RustyBrick to migrate them off an open source Joomla system onto their own custom build content management system. The new platform gives them the flexibility they need by way of their own backend portal.
The print magazine, which has circulation of over 90,000 readers each month, needed a custom solution for their growing readership. The new site controls a lot of the legacy duplicate URLs that may cause issues for search engines, by ensuring each article, no matter the navigation path, has one URL. The legacy URLs are all 301 permanently redirected to the new structure.
FM Home Loans tasked RustyBrick with building their new website. This included integrating their new branding and design into a flexible yet easy to use SEO friendly CMS. RustyBrick also was asked to build the calculators for their website (Mortgage and a Rent Vs. Buy Calculator).
