West Nyack, New York - RustyBrick, Inc. designed a web-based custom software solution to help Advanced Flooring manage their customer orders from start to finish. By intergrating with their existing financial software, RustyBrick was able to pull in customer and order information to help the warehouse manage and process the order.
We then designed a custom workflow solution for the staff to pick the right products to be packaged and shipped to their customers. This process helped reduce packing errors, streamlined the warehouse operations and vastly improved worker efficiency.
In addition, the software sent customers estimated delivery windows based on custom designed delivery truck routing system. These routing algorithms helped the drivers take the most efficient delivery routes for the orders for the day.
