The online software enables the home care agency manage their day-to-day operations. The core software allows the agency to match care providers with patients and senior citizens.
The software manages care providers profiles, bios, skill sets and expertise. It enables the agency to track the provider's care and efforts to be able to more effectively assign the care taker to the proper patient or senior. The software solution helps automate a lot of the matching criteria of the clients, while giving enough data to the staff at Community Home Health Care to make informed match overrides.
