West Nyack, New York - RustyBrick, Inc. has built upon the web-based actuarial software for Intac Actuarial Services over the past several years and most recently has streamlined the client billing operations for the firm. The automated billing software dynamically generations invoices for their customers, notifies them of those invoices and helps the collection of those funds through payment gateway integration.
The process in the past was that the Intac web software would handle the logic to inform their accounting software, QuickBooks, what invoices to generate. In short, the software would simply create new invoices in QuickBooks and QuickBooks would then handle the rest.
Now, not only do all the invoices sync with QuickBooks but the Intac customer has no idea QuickBooks is their accounting software. All the billing, from the logic to generate invoices, to the invoice delivery, acceptance, payment capturing and receipts is all done directly in the web portal. The Intac administrator can manage the invoices and payments through their administrative portal and their customers can view and pay their bills in the Intac customer portal.
All invoices, payments and scheduled payments are automatically synchronized with QuickBooks behind the scene. The advanced reporting quickly can tell the company was is open and who to dynamically resend or physically mail invoices to.
