West Nyack, New York - RustyBrick, Inc. Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island (JCCGCI) contracted RustyBrick to development a custom web-based enterprise application to manage their community vocational services program. The software helps the JCCCGI staff track participants status, find appropriate internships for participants, follow the participant's progress and ultimately help them find full time employment.
The program helps these participants who are often underprivileged and immigrant youth and adults with job development, job readiness and training and job placement. The software manages thousands of participants and their current status, tracks their progress through the program while keeping the JCCGCI on top of it all.
The software is designed to work via a web browser, so that the staff can manage their day-to-day responsibilities both at their desk or remotely out in the field.
