One of RustyBrick's core services is building custom web-based solutions that helps automate, streamline and reduce operation errors. We do this by studying our client's business and working with them to design a single solution for them to run their business off of. We had the privileg of being contracted by Intac Actuarial Services to help them reduce costs throughout the company.
Intac provides full-service plan administration and consulting to employer sponsored retirement plans. We were hired to develop a system that would help with the back-office daily workflow, plus help communicate financial information between Intac and their clients. . RustyBrick deployed a single custom web application that helps do just that.
The system reduces errors by removing much of the duplicate entry required in their old workflow. By creating a strict workflow system, errors and confusion are reduced in the office. Adding in historical tracking, locking mechanisms, and version control - the system ensures data accuracy and security.
In addition, the customer portal enables Intac to easily communicate and aggregate financial information back and forth between the customer and the software. This reduces postal mailing costs and the inaccuracies of data entry. Customers are able to validate and correct their financial information directly on the web, with a secure web front.
Intac's web portal and administrative suite is extremely comprehensive and robust, allowing them to focus on the important tasks by streamlining the repetitive work.
