Joseph (Joe) Cohn joined RustyBrick in 2003 as a web developer. Before joining the company, Joe worked at several different consulting firms working with several different technologies. He worked with PBX phone systems and also worked in Web development using Java and Cold Fusion coding languages.
Joe has shown the ability to have great vision. When a potential client or existing client start discussing their idea for a new project, he is already envisioning where that project will lead and what will be needed to implement the plan. Joe also knows what other features can be added to the project to take the project to the next level. He has become the go to person at the company when a project needs to get done.Whether its coding it himself or getting the right resources on board, he has shown the ability to push projects through and get them done correctly and on time.
Joe loves the idea of automating and setting up advanced technological processes that helps get a business to their optimal goal. This includes flexible reporting, more controlled production, bringing cost down and developing workflow systems to streamline a business process. Joe has lead and managed hundreds of projects while at RustyBrick and is excited to lead your project to the success you deserve.
When not working Joe is spending time with his beautiful family. He is married to his gorgeous wife Dini and has three amazing daughters, Leora, Kira and Tara. Joe enjoys running and is an avid flag football player.
